Harmony Multi-Manager Funds SIF-SICAV – The Harmony Capital Fund

Robert C. Troxler, Chairman,
thirty-six years banking career, has been dedicated almost entirely to investment related activities within the Citibank/Citigroup organization.  Retiring from Citigroup in May 2006, Mr. Troxler launched Global View Asset Management, S.A. an investment advisory firm based in Geneva.  Since 1996, Mr. Troxler has been operating from Switzerland, taking responsibility of a team providing strategic asset allocation and investment advice to Citibank's private clients throughout the Middle-East through its offices in Switzerland, London and New York. A resident of Geneva since 1996 and citizen of the United States Mr. Troxler is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the Virginia Military Institute.  Prior to his banking career, Mr. Troxler served in the US Army in the United States and in Germany as a Cavalry Officer.

Nicolo Dubini has been since 2000 the Managing Director of Pirelli Ambiente, a company operating in renewable energy sources, part of the Pirelli Group.  He was previously Managing Director of Franco Tosi S.p.A., the financial arm of the Italmobiliare Group. In 1983 he established and managed Itab Bank Ltd. London, a bank recognized and regulated by the Bank of England and involved in equity financing and the privatization business.  He previously worked with Bankers Trust Co, New York from 1973 to 1983.

Jacques Bernard is associated investment advisor to the Investment Manager and holds the risk management function. Based in Dubai, he is consulting with prime financial institutions in the GCC having set-up his private consulting firm since June of 2010 in Dubai. Previously Jacques was appointed Chief Investment Officer at National Bonds Corporation. Jacques previously served Global Investment House Kuwait in the region as Head of Investment Funds. His most recent European assignment was Chief Investment Officer at Banque Ferrier Lullin & Cie Geneva, a wholly owned subsidiary of UBS, where he also served as a member of the Executive Board. Prior to these assignments Mr. Bernard spent fourteen years in Paris and in London with Citigroup. Jacques Bernard received an MBA with distinction in Finance and Banking from Pace University New York.

Roderick M. Forrest is senior corporate counsel practicing in Bermuda with Wakefield Quin (formerly M.L.H. Quin & Co.), a Bermuda law firm that specializes in international commerce.  Mr. Forrest qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 1990.  In 1990 he joined the Legal Services Division of the Bank of Scotland.  In 1996 he joined M.L.H Quin & Co. practicing company and commercial law, on matters including mutual funds, limited partnerships, banking, finance, and trusts.  Mr. Forrest currently holds directorships with a number of international companies.  He is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and the Bermuda Bar Association.

Nicholas J. Hoskins is a partner in the corporate department of Wakefield Quin.  In 1997, he joined Hector Wakefield Dwyer & Pettingill, which subsequently merged its legal practice with M.L.H. Quin & Co. to form Wakefield Quin.  Mr. Hoskins was called to the English Bar in 1992, and he is a member of the Middle Temple, London, as well as the Bermuda Bar Association.
